Silver -  Make a thick paste with 1/4 cup baking soda and two tablespoons of water.  Brush onto silver and rub.  rise and dry with a soft cloth.

Brass - Dissolve 1 teaspoon salt in 1/2 cup vinegar and add enough flour to make a paste. Rub onto the brass and leave for 10 minutes; rinse and buff dry.

Copper - Combine a few tablespoons of lemon juice with 1 tablespoon of baking soda and rub the mixture in until the grime begins to come off. Then, polish off with a  cloth.
